We know the terms can get a little confusing, so we've broken them down for you!
Pending Payment: We are in the midst of verifying/updating your order status and this might take us up to 1 hour.
If payment is successful, your order status will be updated to 'Processing'.
If payment was unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled within an hour.
We're Packing Your Parcel: We're putting your order together and it'll be dispatched within 2 business days from when your order was confirmed.
Left Our Warehouse: Your order is now with our delivery courier and on its way to you!
- For Standard Courier, your order will reach you within 3 days.
- For Express Courier, your order will reach you within the next business day.
Ready to Collect:
Singapore customers only
- If you chose to pick up from a POPStation, you'll have 3 days to collect your parcel.
- If you chose to pick up from our retail stores, you'll have 5 days to collect your parcel.
Collected: If you chose a collection point and have picked it up, your status will reflect as collected.
Delivered: If you chose for your parcel to be delivered, this means it has reached you.
