You must register your return before making a return.
Without the returns registration, we're unable to process your Store Credit.

- Only one return request can be active at a time. If you need to submit another request, please contact us here for assistance.
- If you've submitted your return request online, there's no need to complete the physical return form included in your parcel.
Return methods:
1. Drop it off at any of our Singapore retail stores.
2. Use a SingPost POPStation.
3. Visit a Ninjavan drop-off point.
Use the original packaging if available, or any suitable packaging. Ensure that the parcel is securely sealed.
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees.
We do not reimburse returns made via a non-traceable mode of postage if it is not received.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your return request.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days and you will receive Store Credits into your account. An email will be sent once we've processed your return.
Returns via our Retail Stores (Free)
Return your item at any Singapore Love, Bonito store by placing it in the Online Returns Box during store hours.
Please ensure your return is dropped off within 7 days of creating your return request.
Ensure your Order Reference (LBSGXXXXXXXXX) is clearly indicated on your parcel before dropping it off in the Online Returns Box.
We only accept eligible return orders made on our Singapore website. For orders made on other Love, Bonito websites, please refer to the return instructions on our FAQs.

Book and drop your parcel off at a convenient location near you.
SGD$5 returns fee will be deducted from your Store Credits.
Visit any SingPost POPStation here. At the kiosk, select 'Return my parcel', then scan the barcode from SingPost’s confirmation email to print and attach the return label to your parcel. Enter your mobile number to receive a PIN for authentication, select an appropriate locker size to deposit your parcel, and confirm the drop-off.

Visit any of the Ninja points here (7-Eleven locations excluded) and present the barcode from your return confirmation email to the staff. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message from Ninja Van to track your return.
[For Retail Store Purchases]
Retail Store purchases are not returnable or refundable.
Exchanges can be done at any of our Singapore stores within 30 days (no matter which outlet you purchased from) with a valid receipt for your purchase.
- Only products in their original condition with the product tags still intact will be valid for exchanges.
